Annie Foulds Fitness is designed to transform your body and your approach to fitness – helping you become lean, strong, pain-free and buzzing with energy. Whatever your age or fitness level, my lifestyle philosophy based on long term results  will not only make real changes to your body during your time with me,  but will also give you the tools for life-long health & vitality.

What to expect

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.

Individuals fitness needs differ. Whether you are starting a fitness plan for the first time or already have a regular fitness routine in place and are looking to push yourself to the next level, I am there to provide you with the expertise and motivation to help you reach your ultimate fitness goals.

So what next? Following your initial consultation , I will then develop your bespoke plan of training.
